Hotel was wonderful! However breakfast needs to be improved a lot for NZ$38 you can find my great food outside. I understand it’s a buffet breakfast but needs to be improved Everything was tasteless there

Pay the extra $100 and stay at the Novotel or Pullman. The bus adds an extra $16 and 30 mins to your journey. As for the hotel. The room was dirty.

Very clean and spacious room. I loved the lotion smell. For ladies, they also provide free sanitary pads, tampons and liners. The only downfall I would say was no oral hygiene kit. Food was delicious and staffs were very attentive to all my needs. Airport shuttle is provided at a cost of 8NZD which runs 24 hours and is extremely convenient. Overall, a very good holiday option.

The service at the restaurant was nothing but appalling. We were told we had to wait up to 405 minutes to 50 minutes and it wasn’t really that busy in the restaurant. That’s not good enough.
