We loved this hotel. The parking is next door. Just aim at hotel entrance and you will get there. Be aware of the tight parking spaces. The reception is on the 4th floor and all of the floors below are groceries, food courrt and some shopping The room waa big and clean and comfortable. Easy walk everywhere. I love the most how quiet it was considering location. We added parking and breakfast to the booking and it was great, worth it.

Really quick check in. Great staff in all areas. Helpful, friendly and willing to take time necessary to address questions. Tub/shower combo might be difficult for some as high step in and no grab bars on walls. Location good. Nice area to walk, short walk to waterfront. Would be happy to stay again if we return. Only one other comment, we could not get the same deal on the hotel/IHG website - expedia offer was superior, but we were in a rush and it was a last minute booking due to flight issues.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. At check in two of our rooms were ready mid-morning which was very unexpected and thoroughly enjoyed since we had to disembark our cruise around 9:00 am. The hotel was beautiful, and our rooms were very comfortable. We couldn't have chosen a more delightful hotel.
