The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The shower was nasty, mold in the shampoo holder spot. Loose long hairs in the shower (my hair is very short). Two nights I went out and brought food back with me. I made a neat pile of the garbage and put it on a desk thinking they would pick it up. Didn’t remove it once. They advertise laundry but don’t actually do it. You have to pay $8 for wash and dry while doing it yourself (which is fine). But in the laundry room it says they have detergent at the front desk that you can buy. I ask the man at the front desk for the detergent, he states they have none, and tells me to go buy some detergent. Do not bank on the gym, that was literally a closet. Just a weird experience all around at that spot

The room was really good, the aircon made weird noises even though it wasn't on. The bed was hard so we woke up with a stiff back and when we went to check out there was only one person on the desk who went off to help a customer so there were a few of us at the desk waiting to check in/ check out

The customer service team were amazing and are highly well trained professionals. You should be very proud of your team. The amenities are your let down and your down fall. Your decor is ver outdated. The odour on level 3 has a very strong curry smell. In the room the odour is a very muster smell that it hasn’t been aired out in a long time. The grout tiles in the bathroom needs attention. The room options for pillows would be appreciated. The lounge couch is very comfortable and so is the bed. The towels were available when needed. The prompt service of refilling towels and toilet paper was amazing.

Very friendly helpful staff. Fridge wasn't working on arrival however replaced within the hour. Towels small, no extras, not great if you are a bigger person. Very comfy large bed...all in all great value for money and very convenient, supermarket and pharmacy next door. Great 2nd stay at the Edit. I will be back. 😊

The room was excellent but the shower water pressure was low making having shower difficult. Location was great and staff was helpful. Requested for tea bags and towels but that was not followed through. Staff need to adhere to customer request and follow through. I will continue to stay at Edit hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, the king sized bed was great. Unfortunately, reception staff lacks communication skills, she did not tell us the taxi would be waiting at the back of the building, our room was not refreshed on the 3rd day I had to find the housekeeping staff myself. Breakfast was cold, watery eggs, no flavour. I would not recommend your hotel to others
