Great central location.

Great for an overnight stay as was ours for a concert or long-term as the rooms are spacious and very central, close to everything. An easy walk to Spark Arena and waterfront restaurants.

I would stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful. Missed a toaster, given there was a kitchen. Appreciated having a bench and sink. Didn't find a dishwasher but found dishwasher soap powder. Found a dishrack and washed dishes. A tea towel would have been helpful. Good location for airport bus. Happy with my stay.

A very good 3 star

Great location with a supermarket next door. Room was spacious, very modern and a very high end 3 star hotel room. Let down a little by a weak shower and a window that was missing the clips to close properly. Wasn't cold but just meant the street noise was louder than it could have been. Excellent for the price though, would stay again

This property is great value for money, great location close to the sky tower. Check in and check out was quick, easy with very friendly staff. Parking is horrible but that is just Auckland CBD in general.

The staff were lovely and friendly. Only downside was we couldn’t get hold of the hotel (it rang out) to find out where we could park to check in. I had to park elsewhere for a cost of $18 for 20mins in another carpark two streets away. Staff were helpful and sorted out parking which we paid for. We accepted that and were aware when we booked so no complaints. Room was lovely, clean and breakfast in the morning was nice and fresh.

Great property, helpful staff. The only thing I didn't love was that it was quite noisy on the street at night over the weekend and the noise carried up to my room.

The room in this photo is the room that we expected. We got a room with a good bed but was only a 1 bedroom with only 1 chair. So 1 of us had to eat sitting on the bed. No table or couch. Stay was ok but when you show a picture of a room, then that's what's expected. We asked reception for an extra chair, they said no. Would not recommend. Shower bad. No knife to cut lemon. Bummer

The staff are very nice and supportive. The location of this hotel is great, close to all kinds of food and shopping facilities. Being super close to the sky tower could be a great plus for customers like me. The property is overall clean but old and worn off. Sometimes the smell inside and around the room in the lobby is not good. Sometimes it is very noisy. The parking is very inconvenient. The laundry room looks a little dirty. The wifi signal in my room is so weak that I had to stand at the door to access it. Because of this weak wifi signal in my room, the TV does not always work. Sometimes the streets outside the hotel look not very safe, especially the back street out of the parking space.
