4th stay at Cordis and will continue to return. Such a beautiful place. Staff go over and above for every guest. We stayed in a Executive King Room. (2 adults 1 3year old) Rooms are spotless, beds are super comfortable and bath tubs so much fun for our son. Club lounge is absolutely amazing, staff are exceptional.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from start to finish, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The amenities were excellent and added that extra touch of luxury, and we loved how kid-friendly the hotel was — it made traveling as a family so easy and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience — we’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

There was quite a long queue for check in but 5 staff managed to get through the lines fairly quickly. We appreciated an upgrade of rooms. We love the amenities of Cordis, however I feel the pool area needs to be monitored throughout the day as children were doing bombs and splashing everyone which didn’t make for a relaxing time. The spa was also murky and had a strong smell of chlorine. Second stay and I left feeling disappointed.
