One of the staff members toni was really nice and kept extra pillows in all rooms. The beds were probably the only thing clean, and i hope they were. The carpet floor was super dirty i had to wear my socks the entire time and they became black after. The bathroom was really scary because i needed to take a shower and was afraid to. The curtain had dirt stains on it, the towel bars were full of dust. Also we wish were told in advance that we wouldn’t receive breakfast we all got packets which contained a muffin OR donut and mini pecan some had a fruit some didn’t and a juice box. If we knew in advance that due to covid (and this i am assuming) we wont be getting a proper breakfast than we would have looked elsewhere in advance as we left at 7 in the morning.
We found this to be a terrific value. From the time we checked in at the front desk we were totally pleased with this choice. The front desk people were friendly and very accommodating.the room was good sized , comfortable, and quiet. We were pleased to find ironing board and iron. And a coffee maker.we were traveling for several days in different hotels. This was by far the best!
This was a wonderful hotel with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was good and the servers were friendly and helpful.
Last year we stayed here and it was mediocre at best. Not clean, garbage under the bed. However it was manageable. This year the small room smelt like urine so bad we couldnt stay the night. We left at 8pm and drove 4 hours home rather than stay in such an unclean place. Fortunately, the concierge refunded the cost for our pet to stay.
The receptionist at Day's Inn was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I was very grateful for the room changes he made to cater to our travel needs.

Additionally, staff are instructed to report the presence of stubborn odors, unable to be rid of with our deodorizing methods, such front desk may refrain from renting out the room in questions. Unfortunately, as the hotel was completely booked, we were unable to provide you with a more satisfactory guest room relocation. As such, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences of having to change your travel plans and incur additional time on the road to reach your home.
