Not great but not terrible either. The room was well cleaned and fresh, albeit rather worn, in particular the furniture. Thin walls let everything the people were doing through.

It is a 3rd world class hotel in a first class Town,Canmore. Looks nice in the website, but it is real differemt. The 2 young people working in the two days really did not know what is it customer services. The 3rd day was an mature person, very polite, but it was too late, because i was moving to another location.

The room was cute and clean, but the pillows were rock hard and small which made sleeping difficult. The mattress has a sagging area on one side. Part of the door was broken off near the lock, which was unnerving.

This is the opposite of a chain motel, but has what you need including kitchenette and two full beds. Convenient to everything in Canmore via a good walk or short drive. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful view and Convenient with kitchenette , close to Banff NP. 5 minutes to shopping mall.

We decided to stay here, since Canmore is an excellent location for those visiting Banff, as we were. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk acted like we were a bother, since we asked for a room on the ground floor (just had back surgery). The room was HOT! No air conditioning in any of the rooms. Seriously, it's super hot inside the room with two tiny windows that don't even catch a cross breeze. Front desk clerk extremely apathetic borderlining on rude. Gave us a fan, which didn't really help. Room cons - musty smell, peeling paint, bare bulbs, a used washcloth left on our bathroom (eww!), no air conditioner, pool looked a bit scary, walls are pretty thin - the next room checked in after midnight and couldn't go back to sleep with them unloading and blowing noses. Room pros - Bed is comfy, location is great, tv with cable, heater (unsure if it worked), great bath amenities (shampoo, lotion, etc.), free Wi-fi, refrigerator, free parking. Tried switching hotels, but hotel would not refund us our money. I would highly suggest another hotel for the price wasn't worth the stay.

The room was fine. However the bed was older, lumpy and sagged towards the centre.
