The staff is friendly and professional and the facilities are excellent! The pool and hot tubs open early and close at 10 and were well maintained. Great indoor underground parking plus we appreciated the loaner bear spray for our hiking expeditions. The two bedroom suite was fabulous—we had everything we needed from in suite laundry to kitchen essentials and so much space! Clean, modern and fresh! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean and there was room service every day to clean and tidy up the room. I loved the underground parking garage and it was so close to downtown it was so easy to walk. Will definitely be back!!

Service was very good and rooms were clean. Amenities were sufficient, though would have been nice to have a store vs. a series of vending machine. Biggest issue was price: we booked well in advance for a wedding and wound up paying 2-3X what the going rate was for a Deluxe room - nice enough, but in no way worth the $500-600 per night we paid for early September.

The view was very stunning.... my children enjoyed the pool and it's warm even it's a little bit windy.... the staff was very friendly. They allow us for a late check out but it depends even the hotel was fully book ot not: overall 10/10 experience with the hotel. We will come back.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. The staff were beyond accommodating. The outdoor facilities were just perfect and welcoming after a long day of travel. The only downside is that there was no food available on the property, other than vending machines. Other than that, I highly recommend staying at this place.

Excellent stay. The highway noise was a bit loud in 411 but a very nice room and very clean hotel. The Kids always in the two hot tubs was definitely not good they should not be kiddie pools, or you should have an hour from 9PM to 10PM that is adults only after the long hikes and walking I did not get to enjoy the two hot tub’s much to many kids. Otherwise Good experience.

Wonderful accommodations for family ; great beds , spacious and very clean. Kitchen terrific for the kids and an incredibly convenient location in Canmore, just 20-25 mins from Banff. Stayed for a week- great restaurants (we tried Market Bistro, The Blake/ Brewery, nice coffee at Eclipse Coffee and shopped at Safeway), very neighborhood feel- so nice to come back home to after hours of hiking. It was also a convenient pick up spot for our sunrise tour at Lake Morraine/Louise tour at 4:45am)! Town of Banff is great as well with wonderful cuisine options to take advantage of- bustling - very crowded and packed with visitors. Overall , a wonderful experience!

We recently stayed at Blackstone with our two kids and loved it. It’s in a great location (outside of Canmore Village but only a 20 min walk to town - through a beautiful walking trail!). The pool and hot tub were great amenities after our busy days. Bed and pillows also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
