Room was uncomfortable small No refrigerator Little or no wifi services There was a musty smell outside our room. The parking was too expensive at $29.00 per day. Very disappointed . Three stars no doubt

We will return for our next visit. The accommodation were great, easy access to all attractions, and hotel staff were very helpful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RATING ASSIGNED TO THIS HOTEL.

Everything was great. The only bad thing to me was the rooms seemed small and the bathroom even smaller. Overall the room had a great view and was quiet.

This hotel is not worth the money the hotel is very old the room was very stinky the view of the falls is not as pictured will never stay here again!!!

Good location. I'd stay there again. Everything is within walking distance. It's a busy area. Staff was helpful and polite. The room had a view of the Falls. Getting to the parking garage is a little confusing. You need to take 2 elevators.

Friendly staff and great location. Was near the major attractions and they were within walking distance. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I visit the Falls.

It was an unnecessary cost to be charged a resort fee of $30 so that we could receive two bottles of water and a shuttle that we did not want or choose to use. It left me with a bitter feeling about our visit there.

We stayed here thanksgiving weekend with our 1 year old daughter. The first night we had a tiny room which was difficult with our small child. We asked the front desk the second day if we could move to a larger room and they happily switched us to a room with a living area so we would have more room for the crib. The staff was great and the hotel is in a perfect location. The only negative was the $40 charge for parking. We did have some really loud neighbours but that's to be expected in any hotel. Great spot. We would stay here again but perhaps child free next time!

As anybody traveling to Niagara Falls knows, the hotel itself is certainly not the main attraction of the trip! The best draw for the Crowne Plaza is the fantastic location; the Canada side of the falls are just a few hundred feet away from the hotel lobby. The rooms in the hotel itself are quite small. The toilet handle was slightly broken (water dripped out), and the elevator briefly broke while we were on board... but otherwise; the hotel was clean and met our needs. While the price for the hotel was about an average value, the location made it well worthwhile.

Setting aside the price (Niagara on the weekend of a Canadian holiday and booked last minute isn't cheap), I was a little disappointed by the room. It was tiny, barely big enough to walk around the psuedo-queen bed that takes up most of the space. I say psuedo queen, because it's really not a queen, just two twin beds pushed together. The crevasse in the middle of the two mattresses doesn't make for an ideal night's sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, right in the heart of all of the tourist attractions near Clifton Hill, and the room was very clean. I just think you can do a little better for the money.

It was ok. Lots of added fees, which ate the discount, such as Internet and parking. Outlets were hard to access in rooms. Perk is convenience. The location is awesome.

The rooms were a little small but very clean and comfortable. It was a little pricey at 200.00 dollars but that was the only problem. Beds were very clean and comfortable

What a wonderful overall experience! From the moment we pulled in there were check-in parking spaces which made it easy. The reception desk was so friendly and offered us an upgrade to a beautiful room with a Jacuzzi, king size bed, and an amazing view of the falls! We could watch the fireworks over the falls from the room, absolutely amazing! Free wifi, free bottled water daily, and easy check out! We were also provided a coupon for the starbucks in the lobby for declining housekeeping during our weekend stay. Would definitely stay at a Crowne Plaza again, especially this one should we visit Niagara Falls again! All of the attractions are within walking distance.

Asked for a handicap accessible room as my husband is in wheel chair and did not receive it. Supposedly was upgraded to a falls view room, but room was very small and did not accommodate a wheel chair. One of the elevators was out of commission and caused some delay in getting an elevator. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. We were supposed to receive a Globe and Mail each day and did not receive any. Internet was free with Resort Fee but had to sign in as if we were purchasing it. The starbuck's located at the hotel was worst one I have ever been in. Very slow and food items were very cold. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the 10th floor. Excellent meal and view. It was the highpoint of our time at the hotel. The parking ramp was also used by the casino. It did have some handicap spots but not close to the hotel entrance. There was parking close to the hotel however, it was used for casino valet parking. So, getting my husband in and out of the hotel was extremely difficult.

great location friendly staff, casino on site, connected to water pool

Have walked past this hotel for 50 years and was never in the building till now. Perfect location, and very accomodating staff. Winter occupancy was low, but without asking the room was quickly upgraded to a view of the falls with a king bed and the parking charge disappeared. You't think I looked like Richard Gere. Anyway, older classic hotel with a slightly small room but very comfortable and otherwise fully up-to-date. Loved the historical photos that grace the walls. Will be back.

Parking s not part of the price. We ended up paying a fortune for 24 hours only $74 to be exact. A rip off!!!!!!!!. Hotel is beautiful. Staff perfect. Parking not!!!

At check in the Front Desk Attendant kept telling me my CC was declined which I know was impossible. She finally got it to go through. I got to my room and it smelled, I am guessing it was because the room was next to the swimming pool. The bed was hard as a rock. There wasn't a place in the hotel for me to relax and have a glass of wine. The Rainbow room on the 10th floor is only for dining. I travel often and have stayed in many Crown Plaza Hotels and this was the worst of my experiences. I am know disputing a 70.00 charge the Crown Plaza applied to my Master Card.

When we checked in, our room was oddly shaped as well as not close to.our friends room. The staff moved us right away and were extremely friendly about it.
