I booked the room for flying out on December 18, 2025. Due to weather condition the roads were closed from Swift Current To Regina. As well, West Jet cancelled flights for two days. The Manager wouldn’t approve my money back for the room. I’m a Senior and I cant afford to give money away all because of the Manager at the hotel not giving Expedia Aproval To Refund My Money Paid.

The room was spotless and very spacious! The bed was so comfortable!! We had a late checkin due to a flight delay but the front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was good and very filling.

Clean room. Quick check in. Booked us away from hockey team staying there which was nice. Floor was a bit loud but not the fault of hotel just disrespectful guests. Breakfast could have had more variety but overall good stay for the price.

The space was clean but the room felt a little bare and unfortunately seemed a bit unwelcoming. The room was also outside of the elevators so it was noisy. I wasn't able to stay for breakfast due to an extremely early flight. Airport shuttle was on time and easy to reserve!

The room was nice and clean. The only thing that would be nice is having a coffee bar in the sitting area and that the lobby has those shelfs full of things to purchase at hotel. I didn't see any carts to bring things up to room. Needs music in foyer. It could be so much better being it is close to the airport.
