Poor customer service, room was dirty and smell bad, Pool was nasty, trash and dirty linen in hallway.
The hotel has a very good location. Free indoor parking and swimming pool.
Nice location in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to the Casino, Wascana Park, and Timmys (a morning tradition for me while I'm in Canada). A older location but well looked after and with all the ususal bells and whistles. No breakfast and paid parking ($16 a day) but a heated garage is appreciated in winter. Acceptible noise from the hallway and comming up from the busy streets below. Quiet guests as well, even on the weekends. Good staff thou and that makes all the differance for me. In this day and age it's nice to feel that my business is appreciated. Left a camera tripod behind and staff was good enough to hold it for me till I could make araingements to have it picked up.
Liked the size of the room. Hotel should provide shuttle service to and from the airport. A continental breakfast should be available as well. Most hotels I have been in have these amenities.
