We stayed here to attend the Rider game. The pool area was a very nice surprise. The walk is a little long bus there are bus stops we could have taken. Our rooms bathroom door was VERY tight and therefore difficult to close. Very clean and pleasant stay.

Room wasn’t very clean. Other peoples garbage under the bed, toilet and shower weren’t clean, bathroom sink was clogged, bedding was dirty. Pool was good except it was smelly like it needed some treatment. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Location was seedy and a lot of rif raff around

Only booked this for the pool and it wasn’t available. Also people were trying to break in to another room at 5:30am and I called the front desk to report and they did nothing then I called 30 min later again and they just acted annoyed by me. My girlfriend was horrified.

I booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and was not told upon arrival that they were not working, so I got all suited up and headed down to find that they were closed. Then, the vending machine ate my money and the staff weren’t able to do anything to help… they said they weren’t sure what to do about it and to maybe look for a number on the machine. Then, our tv remote was missing, the staff came upstairs to check when I called, confirmed it was missing but wasn’t sure where to locate another, so we couldn’t use the tv. All this being said, I cancelled my second night and moved to a different hotel. Not super impressed at all.
