The property was in a great location and the food in the restaurant was excellent!
Great location and ok property.
Location is perfect
Classic rustic lodge with great views great food and great mountain
Nice old history building...with nostalgic decorations inside.
Need massive renovation of rooms; carpet was awful. No refrigerator, no coffee or snacks/ food available except to Chateau guests. Minimal food menu selection and overpriced.
Really quaint old-fashioned lodge in a quiet location. Great staff.
The hotel is good. It is clean and big. it is a walking distance at Lake Louise. But, they dont have much facilities like T.V, microwave or fridge. Out of all the the 3 star hotels that i booked, this is the most expensive one, and yet it didn't reach my expectations.
It's a very old rustic lodge with paper thin walls. The floors creaked everywhere you stepped. My first initial reaction walking in was "no tv?" but it was nice to not have any distractions. Their bed was so comfortable, the room was warm, and we had warm water. I don't know if I would stay there again but overall it was a good experience.
So close to Lake Louise- great way to avoid the crowds. Property is old and quaint. Room was tiny but bed was so comfortable. Great restaurant
Location is excellent. Older facility. No TV, Radio or in room refrigerator
Location was great. Staff is friendly. However the facility definitely needs updating
Nice lodge. Very warm and comfortable, however finding our way around was a bit confusing. The hot tub was great, once we found it.
A constant loud clanging in the pipes (?), made for a terrible night.
Very comfortable quite hotel in the mist of large crowded area
