We called down at reception asking about a communal microwave which was advertised online as part of the amenities. We were told that it was located in Building #4 which was somewhat far from our room in the main building. Reception rather offered to have a microwave delivered to our room. Within less than 5 mins, a maintenance employee had one delivered to our room! Great service! Highly recommend the propety!

There was an issue with the sink in the bathroom. The staff were great and very responsive. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed but were relocated to another room. A staff member helped with our bags.

The room was small. We had a view of the indoor pool. No window or hvac or fan for fresh air. The room had water spots on the selling. The bedding was awful. Everything was very outdated and run down. I left a gold necklace there when we checked out and called immediately once I noticed. Nowhere to be found. The only thing good about our stay was the pizza at the Timberwolf.
