It is good to stay next to Lake Louise.Only 3mins Drive to the lake parking lot. Room are ok.

we had a very large room with a balcony that had a view of the mountains. there was a gas fireplace, frig, jacuzzi and microwave. the creek was steps away, with picnic tables, chairs and fire pits. about a ten-minute drive from lake louise, once the road construction is done in june 2018.
So close to Lake Louise- great way to avoid the crowds. Property is old and quaint. Room was tiny but bed was so comfortable. Great restaurant
Everything was very nice. Great condition and clean. It was rather warm at night, since only one window and one small window on the front door actually opened. Crank windows in the bedroom and both sides of the living room would have made it very comfortable. Everything else was great!
I knew I wanted to spend the night here regardless of the cost. Flawless facilities, very tastefully furnished, though a bit cramped. Resort prices abounded. Could have stayed in Banff and driven here for the picture perfect views as the sun did not illuminate Moraine Lake fully until midday, though ...

Extraordinarily beautiful views of Emerald Lake and surrounding mountains. Surprisingly good food (albeit a bit expensive -- and the wine list definitely needs some lower-priced selections). Staff invariably helpful and generally friendly. Room accommodations could use refreshing but we still loved ...
The location roughly halfway between Banff and Lake Louise was nice. The property was more "rustic" (aka: showing it's age) than I expected. In addition, our room wasn't very clean when we checked in, and there was a mouse in our cabin.
