Have stayed twice and the first time our view was upgraded and the second time we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that was just renovated! It was beautiful. Front desk go above and beyond and love the food at the restaurant also! Thank you for making our trip so fabulous!

I'm not sure what the other rooms looked like but our room with a king bed and sofa bed was absolutely amazing. Everything was upgraded and very comfortable! The staff and amenities were exceptional. Everything was very nice. Great condition and clean. It was rather warm at night, since only one window and one small window on the front door actually opened. Crank windows in the bedroom and both sides of the living room would have made it very comfortable. Everything else was great!

we had a very large room with a balcony that had a view of the mountains. there was a gas fireplace, frig, jacuzzi and microwave. the creek was steps away, with picnic tables, chairs and fire pits. about a ten-minute drive from lake louise, once the road construction is done in june 2018.
