Great location with nice places to dine. Hotel was very busy with evacuees but not overly crowded. The carpets need a cleaning, smelly in the hallway and in our room. Bring febreeze.

We were greeted very well room choice was great ground floor as I am disabled and have a hard time walking it was very nice The main door had a automatic doors the next door was to pull to open with no disability function that was my only complaint other then that our stay was great

So, so stay

Very noisy and somewhat dirty in hallways. Staff was trying to keep ahead of it. Staff was friendly. I did not feel overly safe. I would not stay in that part of the city again.

The property was full of fire evacuees from the north. Place smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, kids running around the place with no parental supervision, throwing trash all over the place. Felt bad for the staff who had to put up with the disorder. Very disrespectful clients all around. Pool full of kids with no supervision. Gang members all over.

Kids running up and down the hall, as well as a screaming kid in the hall while we tried to fall asleep after 11pm, earlier in the afternoon there was a women screaming and swearing at someone in her room, people loitering all over the hotel, dirty towels and floor in the pool, drawer cover fell off in the bathroom, hides bed mattress was thin and you could feel the springs, people smoking pot inside and outside the building

The room was clean. I believe newly updated. Mattress was comfortable. Happy with walk in shower. Unfortunately we seemed to be surrounded by people who didn’t understand that they needed to be quiet when they were in the hallway going to and from their room at 1 and 2 and 3 in the morning.
