The heating element requires updating. Or perhaps instructions as to how to use it properly would have been appropriate. There were large stains on the carpet. In spite of that though it was cleaned as well as it could be. We were still happy with the size of the room and the kitchen area. It just needs updating

The desk clerk was friendly and efficient during check in and check out. We liked that the breakfast was open at 6 am. It was great to have an indoor pool, two whirlpools, and the kiddies pool. Wish that my grandchildren were along.

We did the online check in ahead of time, but the staff at the hotel didn't seem to see that and tried to preauth our credit card again. It took us insisting that we'd already done it before they looked into it and discovered we were right. They kept saying it was an Expedia charge on our card, not their preauth. The room was spacious, but the carpet is stained, and the furniture is very worn looking. The bathroom tub is stained, probably because it doesn't seem to be levelled properly and doesn't drain completely.

The hotel would not honor the deal that I made with Expedia online and reserved months ahead of time. When I arrived I had to pay extra to get the same room I made the deal with. Will never use these guys again

King room with Sofa was excellent! TV Guide and some channels didn't match? Shower made a high squeel noise when starting? Toilet tank surged when filling back up?
