Our request for one bed instead of two in a room was done quickly and efficiently. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom need to be fixed immediately as the stopper does not work in the bathroom and in the kitchen it is almost falling out of the lever. Also breakfast could have more variety .

I wish I would have taken pictures. The service was good, friendly staff. The room was not clean, the bathtub had a black layer of dirt/grime and had surface mold in the corners. The curtains were dirty with stains, the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was subpar. This hotel did not match the reviews.

So much to like! Arrived on a bitter February evening to a very spacious suite, most pleased with it! The following morning was Valentines Day and we were both gifted with a card signed with personal messages from all the staff with a gift card for Tim Hortons. The hotel had easy access from the TransCanada Highway and was within walking distance of quite a variety of restaurants (although we opted for the car due to the cold!) Loved it so much, we are planning on staying again on our return journey.
