No manager on site all weekend and in evenings. Sheets were stained. At first desk staff would not give me the queen room I booked. No safe in the room. No bedside lamps. Property is being used to house low income by government. 1 elevator for 100+ rooms. Elevator certificate expired 2024. Basic continental breakfast. AC very noisy. Lots of people loitering in lobby and parking lot

Awful!!!

Terrible stay. Told on Friday we were checking out on Sunday instead of Monday. Asked for verification of no charge for the last night. Told to message them through the App. I did. They did not respond. When I checked out, requested a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. Did not receive it until the next day with the extra night charge. Soaps were all opened. Wires missing security hallway cameras posing a hazard. Towels in the hallway every day. Food in the chair in the room. Shower door handle broken and fell of while in the shower.
