Room was not clean. Heater made a loud squeal and we couldn’t sleep. Blood stains on the shower curtain. Shower was broken. Not a great stay- we were supposed to stay upon our return but I cancelled and changed hotels.

The hotel was okay. Hotels.com quoted me a price, but when I got there I was charged $54 more than quoted. Why are hotels on the website if they aren't sticking to the prices you are saying you are charging? This happened twice on my trip.
