The hotel itself seemed clean enough but we only really saw the lobby and our room as we arrived at 10:30pm and left by 8:30am the next morning. The bathroom door in our room was really difficult and our kids couldn’t close it (or open it if it was closed). I mentioned this to the front desk staff as I was checking out. There was also really poor sound isolation in the hotel. We could clearly hear other guests talking at a normal volume throughout the hallway. The area around the hotel was sketchy too, but that’s not really a fault of the hotel.

Your facility faces the train track . You can do nothing about the trains yard and frequent trains. ! Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and had been recently updated. Pillows are getting old . They should upgrade the pillows to a firmer version in one pillow at least
