Made booking through Orbitz, showed up and the desk clerk said "no reservation, we've been booked out since before you made the booking, Orbitz should not have cleared it".
Clean and nice pool
The staff was very nice and properly was well kept.
Large and well- kept rooms. Had room available for early check-in. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in variety and very good.
Large rooms and clean with many amenities microwave a big plus safe
This Marriott is the worst I've stayed at. I'm Silver and they put me in the wrong type of room I booked, and next to a family that was cooking next door with an actual oven. It was a fire hazard, and the owners did nothing. Plus there was constant noise after midnight and the hotel did nothing. This place should be an extended stay quickly.
Clean quiet and comfortable alot of space and microwave too
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I know with this COVID-19 going on the staff were wearing mask. I did notice that security has been stepped up. The beds are always comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel is very close to metro rail. Just walking distance and also has a nice small town feeling when walking around. The restroom didnt have an exhaust.
I usually stay at this brand and would have to say that this location does not rate as well as the others. I think the management team and higher should probably go to the one in Wenatchee WA and see how it is done, rooms are clean and meet the standard of 99% of all guest the one in Pasadena Acadia disapoints greatly
