Stayed there for two nights with my 10 year old son. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and breakfast was good. The walls were a little thin and you could faintly hear through the walls. A white noise app on my phone was able remediate it. The location was perfect for Ripken. 5 minutes to get there and a very easy drive. It was walking distance to restaurants. It is more expensive than other lodging choices in the area, which is a good thing if you don’t want long term occupants next door to you and you’re traveling with your family. If we do Ripken again this is a great choice if the Courtyard at Ripken is booked or too expensive. I would stay here again.

Staff could not get the youth ball club to stop running up and down stairs next to my room. Frankly chaperones were at fault. Staff shut pool early trying to help but didn’t work. I spent good $ to sleep but wasn’t able for over two hours. These groups should be put on first floor and near pool to help other guests get some rest
