We loved the pool, especially my eight year old. The breakfast wasn’t that great. I would go to Bob Evan’s across the road. The the staff were friendly and we had a lovely stay.

The staff and service was great. It was a little pricey!!

We stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. It's convenient to the Ripken facilities and very clean and well maintained. I think nicer than the hotels on site. My only issue was going through Orbitz I booked two nights and the hotel said the policy was for two night stay even though this was not stated consistently on Orbitz's site. Orbitz Customer Service was responsive and made sure that they valued the policy- refunded the first night and made sure the hotel kept the reservation on file when we didn't show. I was very impressed and I will be using Orbitz again in the future.

Nice and comfortable Room has adjustable temperatures and adjustable bed

My room was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive not only to my needs, but to the needs of others as I watched as others checked in.

This hotel was less than 5 miles from Havre de Grace, which is where we wanted to be. It would have been nice if there were something right in town. It seems like the only options are B&B's which fill quickly and a Super 8. This wasn't a perfect location, but not bad. The hot tub was cold, the beds were very firm and the shower controls were reversed. The breakfast was expensive, so we walked to a nearby Panera for bagels and muffins.

New facility in good location for baseball. Overpriced breakfast for $12.

We liked the hardwood floor in the room (for handicap). Clean; the lobby was nice and cozy; we also liked the coffee, tea, H2O with orange flavor & oatmeal-cookies that were in the lobby - gave me a comfort and warmth feeling while staying at the Hotel. However, because the shower made for wheel chair accessible, the water was all out to the bathroom floor when shower. That is the only negative!

Had to travel for work. Made this reservation based on other reviews on site. Glad I did. Every experience and encounter with staff regardless if they were maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, security was a stellar one. Must be the Hilton way.

Got a room because I had friends coming in from out of town for a church event. I stayed along with them and enjoyed the hotel. I only wish they had free breakfast. We didn't spend much time in the room but my sleep was pleasant.

The staff were excellent! The room was clean! Very pleased with our stay

My first room was near the elevator, which has a chime to compete with a foghorn. The next morning I asked to move rooms, and they were very accommodating. The place seems very new, the rooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms reasonable. The price was appropriate for the level of service.

I am sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations, but do appreciate that you still gave us a 5 out of 5 rating. I hope that we can have you back again and provide you with the breakfast that you deserve!
