We were greeted warmly by the front desk worker and offered a luggage cart which was very helpful. We stayed and ate dinner at the restaurant which was beyond wonderful. Room was clean and comfy.

I really liked the whole stay what i liked the best was the care they took of the customer like: snack hour , fresh cocoa all day, and fruit and rolls out before breakfast, shuttle that left really early

So happy to see Bridg at the Front Desk greeting me. She remembered me & that I had stayed prior to trip to Paris. We had a nice chat. Also the young lady in the restaurant that was working as the bartender was super friendly.

It was a nice place. The first time we went and the power was out so we did not stay, the staff made sure to contact hotels.com and let them know to refund the money.
