IRONMAN® vacations in Santa Cruz, CA

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Pool area was great with lots of seating. Our baseball team and families enjoyed it very much. Delicious breakfast too.

Terrible.

Parking was easy, check in and check out were easy and the room was very clean! Breakfast provided was also good. Added bonus the easy access to the freeway! Not a pool… more like a very big hot tub, so don’t stay here if you want a pool.

The rooms were spacious, but cleanliness could have been much better. There were marks on the bedsheets and pillows, the A/C didn't work well, and the bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy, making it hard for my kids and me to sleep. Nothing I was charged in 7/20 for $357. And the. Charged again on 7/24 when I actually checked in. I screenshots from my banking account but they claimed they never did it

Close to boardwalk which is what we were looking for. Clean , spacious room. Only complaint is it was very noisy early morning banging so loud. Woke us up. Maybe next time I will wear ear plugs to bed. However we would stay again

The rooms were clean, but minor issues, like the bathroom door wouldn't close & 1 of the blinds were broken. No breakfast,the indian guy i think is the owner very rude

The staff was great and very welcoming. A central location close to the pier made it all very convenient. Amenities like soaps and shampoos could have been nicer.

This room was bare bones. The METAL bed frame sounded like we were sleeping inside a garbage can.
