This is my first time writing BAD review for Hilton property . We also own HAMPTON INN near Chicago area . When I check in front desk don't even have time to tell where we should go . No towel in swimming pool area . Room mell like chemical room . No water bottle in the room. But I still did not complaint . But when I check out after 2 days stay . Front desk ask me .HOW WAS MY STAY? I could not stop my self and told them . But they was very proud to say we don't give water in the room this PROPERTY? This is really WOW . when someone pay more than $400.00 per night not even water there . What a answer !!!!!!!!

Very good location for day trips south all the way to Big Sur and Hwy 1 to San Francisco heading north in a great drive.

Spent a week here. Nice location. About 15 min to Santa Cruz and 20 min to Los Gatos. Monterey, Big Sur and San Francisco all close by. Must do the 17 mile Drive & stop by Pebble Beach GC. Great area with Redwood forest and wineries less than 30 min drive. Hotel is just off Hwy 17 so easy on/off. Google & Apple maps both slightly off so when you get off Hwy 17 it's just across Rt 9 at intersection. From north go straight across and from south turn left at first light and hotel is less than 500 ft on right.

Good location for redwoods and santa cruz. A little far to monteray and route 1.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nice pool, easy parking. Close enough to main Santa Cruz but quieter and less hectic.

Relaxing week and only 4 miles to Henry Cowell State Park and magnificent redwoods and hiking trails..

Nice hotel, clean & quiet facilities, overall a great experience. Only annoyances were limited parking and if you are on 5/6 floors you have to use two different elevators to get to your room if you don't find parking in the back of the hotel. Our room was fairly small, though I think we got put unknowingly into a handicap room so our bathroom was disproportionately large, cutting into floor space in the room. Nice, clean common areas and Starbucks coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Pet friendly, but with the exception of running into some dogs in the hall, you wouldn't know it.

Staff was all very friendly. Hotel was close to the redwoods park.

This hotel is clean, quiet and located close to Santa Cruz. There is nearby shopping, too. Staff is friendly.

I did not have any complaints. Great staff especially at the bar and check in. We love our room it was spacious, neat and clean.

Very nice room, convenient and plentiful in room phone charging stations. DirecTV, felt like home. Nice bar.

The daily maintenance was lacking. We were shorted amenities daily over the week. Toilet was gross. The ring in the bath tub was never cleaned. Worst Hilton ever stayed in.

The quality of the remodeling is low quality. Our bathroom was very dirty. Took two requests to get toilet cleaned. Tub ring was never cleaned off. Many days were shorted towels, toiletries, glasses, coffee. This may be the worst maintained Hilton I have ever stayed in.

Hotel undergoing upgrades but wasnt a factor at all in our stay. Original room was lockes from inside and after a trip back to concierge they quickly gave us an alternate room. Minor inconvenience. Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was luxurios to say the least. Parking was abundant and staff was very friendly. Would revisit definitely if ever in the area again.

This was an average hotel. It took three rooms to find one that was acceptable.

I was born and raised in Santa Cruz and never thought that 40 years later I would be coming back and staying in a hotel. The Hilton in Scotts Valley did not let us down. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We did use the Jacuzzi the night we stayed and it was awesome. We will be back

Very nice, good amenities, very clean and comfortable rooms. Quite pricey though - I guess that is Santa Cruz on the weekends in the summer. I definitely recommend, but due to the price - the value is just average.

This hotel would more accurately be called a "Hilton Garden Inn Plus." It had a smallish pool and fitness center, and our room was on the first floor right down the hall from the lobby/restaurant/bar, which is not something you'd see in most full-service Hilton hotels. We were happy with our stay, though. It was a great location for my bike event that started in Scotts Valley. Be ready to pay a lot on weekends during the peak summer season.

The hotel is nice and I would stay again. The main complaint I have about this place would be the location of the room I was in. It was on the first floor and right next to the restaurant. In the morning I could hear dishes banging around and people talking at 7am. This was a last minute booking for me so I understand that this was the only room available during the busy holiday weekend. Other than than everything was good.

We are only 5 minutes away from Highway 1. Monterey is about a 45 minutes drive. We do have nice Hilton properties there too!
