The room, the easy access to the room, the location of hotel was fantastic.
Rooms were very clean. Check in handles one room at a time, it locked my credit card when trying to process 2nd room.
Th Room seemed clean until we pulled the sheets back. I payed my son down and he almost immediately started breaking our in a rash! When I went to go tell the attendant he then says “oh yes I felt something crawl on me last night too.” He was very kind and refunded our money but if you know you possibly have bed bugs why would you stil allow people to stay in the rooms???

Hello Tracy. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We are very disappointed to learn that despite our best efforts we could not make your stay a comfortable one. Our intention is always to make our guests feel comfortable and pleasant to the upmost of our abilities. The day of your stay was the start of various heavy storms that have unfortunately caused much damage to some areas in the county. Luckily, the day of your stay, the power was restored by 5:50pm (less than 3 hours after check-in time) and there were no weather related outages afterward.
