We are local but stayed here for our wedding, us and many members of our wedding party stayed in rooms here. We were hanging out in our room one night with our bridal party and we received a couple knocks about noise complaints but quieted down. (I later heard many other hotel guests being loud throughout the night after we went to sleep and had to put ear plugs in to get a good rest.) the night of our wedding we came back to the room to change for 10 minutes and received a knock from the odd front desk guy telling us we were being too loud. We had been in the room for maybe 5 minutes and were quickly leaving. When we checked out they would not let us check out and said they would charge us extra for the noise complaints. This was the first we heard of this. I was disappointed that we told our bridal party to stay there given the way they were treating us. Never staying here again and I plan on speaking to their managers as soon as possible. Strange and unprofessional staff.

Room was overall clean. The shower pan (white) could use a good scrubbing. When we first entered the room it had a musty smell to it. The mattress was the worst part as it was very firm. Coincidentally, the pillows were too soft and required doubling them while sleeping.

Our stay at the Hampton was wonderful. Entire property was clean with plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood. Our room was nicely appointed, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

I like the rooms. However, in the one room with one bed and a couch, the air conditioning kept turning on. We couldn't turn it off. In the same room, the shower floor was stained with dirt. Obviously not well cleaned.
