You definitely get why you pay for. The bathroom tub seemed to have mold. Towels were dirty and they only provided two, small, see through towels. Bedframe was metal and sat on top of metal barrier causing it to constantly move and creek. Furniture was missing handles and dirty drawers. Also, the parking lot is very small and at an awkward angle. Lastly, outlets were spotty with electrical sparks. Won’t be coming back!

A little outdated. Not very comfy.

Staff was friendly upon checking and a convenient walk to the beach.. But that was about it. No water, iron or coffee maker in the rooms. Beds are hard. And rooms are breaking down. Our shower felt like it was falling apart. Parking lot was small and on a steep hill.

Quite a bargain for what they have to offer. Room is ver tasteful decorated and the only thing lacking is a closet. Otherwise it is spaious, with a comfortable bed, two bedside tables, a desk with a comfortable chair, another comfortable chair on the other side of bed. s spacious sink sith nice amenities, and a very spacious bathroom, oh, did I mention a tv with 3 spacious drawers, a microwave and refridgerator!! Really doesn't get much better than this for under $100.

Good location close to beach and boardwalk. Property was clean but old. Some electrical outlets were worn. Got a room where you could see the ocean. Not true of all rooms. Caution Google picture showing a modern white building is NOT this inn.

Ideally situated close to the front, easily walkable. Good parking. Rooms clean, could do with some sort of hanging facilities for clothes (modern hanging rail would work), instead of huge cabinet on an angle taking up loads of room. TV better attached to the wall to give more space and smaller cabinet either under TV or situ somewhere else. Lacking in drink facilities, no coffee making, unless at reception? (Which we may have missed?) Air con very noisy in our room, but perhaps we were unlucky.

Bathroom could use an upgrade but a great option for an inexpensive stay. Best is very comfortable and hotel is really close to the boardwalk it’s a great convenient stay. Front office lady was very nice. I would stay here again.

Great location. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. Small room and old property, noisy at night. No coffee makers in rooms. Older Model TV so we could not access our subscription services. The location and friendly staff are the best thing going for this hotel.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given had stains on every layer of the bedding. After requesting a new room, we found the second one wasn’t any better—stains on the sheets, black hair on every towel, and even in the bathtub. The shower had a visible layer of dust on top, which made it clear that cleaning and upkeep are not being taken seriously. This was by far one of the most unpleasant and unsanitary places I’ve ever stayed.
