I didn’t feel safe. I felt like someone was following me and when I woke up in the morning, there was a large hand print on the window outside like someone was trying to see in.
The property was suitable, and the place was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the top. Microwaves were outdated and dirty, refrigerators not so clean, but everything else was good. The staff was very friendly. I could bring my dog. Pool was across the street.

When I checked in during the middle of the day, the lobby doors were already locked for employee safety and they slid the keys to me through a hole in a side window. This should have been a sign to leave immediately... It got worse. I then found out my room was not even at the hotel and I had to go to an apartment complex across the street. The parking lot was covered with trash and multiple disheveled looking people were loitering around smoking. I was traveling with my disabled sister and we were not able to even park in the handicap spot because someone who apparently lives there put orange cones out to block it. Walking to the room, there was a dog barking furiously two doors down and the building smelled strongly of weed despite being advertised as non smoking. Shortly after attempting to settle in, a stream of nonstop people kept angrily pounding on the door next to us and leaving shortly after. Around the same, two homeless people In the parking lot started loudly arguing. As two women traveling alone, we did not feel safe staying any longer and checked out early. The employee I talked to downplayed the entire situation and claimed a manager would be contacting me the next day for a refund. No one ever contacted me. I have also followed up multiple times since then only to receive the runaround. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you'd like to have an enjoyable vacation.
Great place
Doorknobs and jambs sticky. Nightstand and lamp bases dusty and unclean. Window didn’t open (first floor). Staff at desk uninterested in truly helping. We asked what channel the Giants game was on & the response was oh idk but you can go across the street to watch. Then said would come to room and help us find. Never did.
This property should no be recomended for families.. this property is for stonners and animals.
