From check in, valet is convenient. Very fast check in, they even check us in 30 min early. An upgrade to the highest floor facing the ocean view.. and what is the most unforgettable moment was when the staff surprised me with a in room fruit platter, big bottle of water with some birthday cupcake and a card hand written from staff. What a great touch for my birthday. Thank you Dream Inn I really had a great time.

Everything was great. Ocean view was wonderful. Staff was helpful. Check in was easy. 4 stars bc bed was too hard for my liking. But if thats your jam, this hotel is a great choice.

Close to the boardwalk and peer. You can find there places to eat and get some drinks. The room was comfortable, but needs remodeling. We got a room in front of the elevator and it was quite noisy. Their restaurant has nice views of the ocean and good cocktails.

Great location. Easy access to beach. Rooms are very old and dated. Bathroom was terrible. Non shower tub and bathroom looked like some communal gym shower place rather than a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming. Additionally they made me wait for over 10 minutes when checking in since the staff couldn’t find the reservation through Expedia.

I love the dream inn!! But this time my room was super stinky. It smelled like air freshener so badly I got a headache. Not sure if they were trying to mask a smokers smell or what-but it kinda ruined my one night stay esp when we paid a premium to be there! Facilities are awesome staff esp Pool bartender is amazing but this was very disappointing!

The best thing about this property is its prime location right on the beachfront. The views are wonderful. You can walk along the cliffs or down onto the wharf and enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer as a beach town. They have updated the property so it has a retro modern feeling, which is done well and cute.
