Five minutes to beach and University. Appliances include in-apartment washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove, large TV, and gas fireplace. Loft. High-speed internet. Bamboo flooring and large bathroom.. Large outside storage shed. Beautiful deck. Spacious fenced yard and organic vegetable garden available for use. Separate unit with private entrance. NOTE: All utilities paid, as well as cable and internet plus biweekly housecleaner. $1500 deposit. Available June 1. Non-smoking, no pets.
