Nice location across from the estuary with a great little walk in the morning and parks nearby. Outdoor patio with hedges for partial privacy. Hot tub and pool.

Vanity faucet very close to the edge of vanity sink which makes washing hands almost impossible! Vanity faucet has very low cold water pressure as well!

Great location, new market across the street made it even better. Nice small pool, friendly check-in. Comfy bed. Coffee in room, nice tv… it’s just a little old inside with some chipping and cracks inside, but seemed clean.

The parking lot was to crowed.
The staff was horrible. Very long wait to check in. The office was closed the whole evening. There was nobody service in the office. Even for check out the office were still closed. Terrible service. Will never stay there again.
Close to the pier, boardwalk, and the main street. The room itself at first glance is really cute, though a bit small, but the walls up close appeared dirty (smudges and writing) and there were some questionable looking things on the floor and shower tiles (think bloody boogers...)
Pros: Short walk to the wharf and room was clean Cons: Parking is at a premium, no coffee or food in the morning, NO HOTEL STAFF DURING THE EVENING! We had 2 rooms, went to dinner and returned to our rooms at 11:45 pm, our friends electronic key would not open the door to their room and there were two other couples in the same situation. There was a sign on the office door with an after hours phone number however no one answered our calls, not even an answering machine. A police car driving by stopped and the officer tried to help us but he said this has happened in the past and the hotel doesn't do anything about it. In the end, the wives slept in one room and the guys slept in the car. NOT COOL and MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!
AMAZING location, loved how close it was to walk to the beach especially with our kids.
i was actually suprised how clean it was overall it was pretty decent ...a few really inconvenient things theres very little parking in the parking lot, they give u a voucher for street parking but that was full at night also and the closest open spot was several blocks away, there was no towels in our room and we asked front desk to bring them and they never vame
Closer to walk in the boardwalk. Gadgets are available like ref and microwave except the sink is too small, not a lot of space for vanities.
