The location was excellent within walking distance to all the main spots to see in Santa Cruz and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel architecture is beautiful. The best stay ever and my wife enjoyed it and so did I.

Extreeeemely comfy king size bed, bedding and pillows. Quiet at nite (pool facing room fairly loud w happy children during the day). Nice variety at breakfast of eggs, delicious oatmeal, and yogurt for our vegetarian diet. Really long, dark hallways to rooms were slightly off-putting. Upwards of $20 per day fee (plus tips) for valet parking was a drag, but I guess that’s convenience.

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet in the evening and they served a great breakfast buffet in the morning. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
