Room 203 was tiny, noisy from the rain and had no heat.

We always stay at the aqua breeze in when we go to Santa Cruz. The location just across the street from the boardwalk is great. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, great atmosphere.

Basic amenities like Kleenex, a blow dryer, and coffee in the room were missing. The mural outside was cute. Staff were friendly. Location near the boardwalk was perfect.
Not enough hot water during our shower water was luke warm . curtains have no privacy in the room , too thin and poorly installed . Power went out as we got up to get ready to leave so had to get ready w/door open in room so we can see as it was pouring and cold outside. Bedding was very thin blankets on the bed as well . Right across from boardwalk but not the greatest amenities in the room.

There was no hot water available while using the sink. There was no kleenex. The bedsheet had a cigarette burn hole. The pillows for the bed were square.
Murals were cool. Free parking. Proximity to Boardwalk. Walls thin, peeling paint, no coffee for inroom Keurig like device, TV hung on wall a little akilter, signs in bathroom about bathroom linens and costs of replacements, just a bit strange over all.

This place is horrible. The beds had big beds and was super dirty. We had to leave late at night and find another hotel.
The only thing i have a complaint about is they wont let you sit on the smoking deck to smoke after 10pm.
Management was really nice and understanding, no problems no hassle, really enjoyed my weekend .
