Didn't stay. Got here and sign on door saying permanent closed. Had to find somewhere else to stay at last minute. Good thing other family members had extra room and allowed us to stay with them.

I hate everything about this place. It's not what it says on the website we went there for a three night trip we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. All the amenities were closed. No access to pools. Beautiful hotel and loved the convenience of being at the mall. I Uber'd from MCO to the hotel. A shuttle would be a nice perk. Teens enjoyed it also along with the pool. Easy transportation pick up to the cruise terminal.

The hotel was ok, but the staff at front desk is not very warm and welcoming. The bedrooms don’t have blackouts therefore you cannot sleep in good darkness because of external lights during night and the sun starting the day. But the location is good.
