Close to the Airport terminal 1, about 10 minutes by walking. No need to take taxi. The room is decent. But pay attention to the price. Due to high rates of tax (over 20%), any price over $20 (not including tax) will be less worth in Manila.
Very good value, close to the airport, and had a blanket on the bed. Saw a couple bugs in the room, but its the Philippines and to be expected ocassionally
Quiet AC system. Clean rooms. Free waters. No restaurant, but in Malate, who cares. Nice staff. It is what it is. A basic no frills room.
The area is ready run down. There were prostitutes and transvestites everywhere . We took taxi's everywhere . Didn't feel safe walking in that area. I will go back to the Philippines, but I won't go to Manila. It sucks. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, clean and 24 hr security.
The. Hotel tries to be 4 star with doorman. But no amenities no room service no robes or even hand towel. No phone in room no glasses or cups nothing but a bed in the room. The room was filled with the bed you could walk around the bed if your suitcase was next to the bed.
