Got a real good deal on the hotel for a night. Easy to get to and a great location. Very comfy room, great shower. Rooms are small but super cozy. View of the Lake!
My kids loved the pool!and the snack bar prices are very reasonable.
Close to the airport, Nice size room with two tv(separate area), friendly staff, shuttle bus from and to the airport
Location was good. Staff was helpful. Good breakfast restaurant. Room was very spacious but needs updating. Mattress was uncomfortable and shower pressure was poor. It’s also a bit noisy due to the El train passing close by.
The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. They're always available and will be of assistance however they can. The one drawback is the noise. Both inside and outside the hotel. Both from the public and the guests.
Great free breakfast and happy hour, however it can be hard to find a table at busy rimes. I once waited so long I had to get an entire new plate of food because my food was cold by the time I got a table. The drinks at happy hour were great, strong and you could get as many as you wanted.
