When landing in Florida, my city SLC was never posted on arrivals. I had alot of difficulty finding out what carousel my luggage was on. I tried calling Jet Blue, but couldn't get through either. I couldn't find an agent to ask either. I met a passenger and she was on my flight, she helped me.
Hating sitting in last row in first class
When I printed my boarding passes, there was no seat assignment. I had a nice middle seat but couldn’t sit by my husband. The attendant wanted everyone to close the window screens, so I couldn’t see out.
Flight attendants were awesome!!
Great trip from start to finish.
Got switched to different flight and was told I would receive assigned seats as compensation. But it didn’t happen. Very difficult to understand customer service rep.
My seat’s recliner function was broken :(
