Carpet in room was filthy and stinky from smoking though it is a non-smoking room. Staff is unsupportive, unkind and trying to argueing with a customer like me. Microwave doesn't work in the room, just useless, wondering why it's there. Money is not worthy to pay for a room like that.

Room was affordable. Check in was easy, and the front desk was very accommodating with moving us to a different room, since our original room did not have a shower. They even brought our new room a fridge.
