This beautiful home is going to make your next trip to South Lake Tahoe a vacation to remember! With its two bedrooms and loft, you'll have plenty of space to move around, and you'll love the vaulted ceilings, the stacked-stone gas fireplace, and the modern designs found throughout the home. Natural light cascades in through the living area's large windows and sliding glass door. Outside, the balcony provides the perfect setting for those late-night catch-ups with old friends over glasses of local wine. Put on a family board game night over the handsome dining table or select a good movie from the DVD library to watch on the cable TV. When you aren't pulling fish out of the lake or skiing Heavenly, take advantage of the shared amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and sauna.

If you're a wintertime guest, you'll be less than two miles from the lifts and just over a mile from Heavenly Resort, so be sure to bundle up for an afternoon of powdery downhill runs! Summertime guests will love hiking the many nearby trails such as Tahoe Rim Trail Association: Van Sickle State Park Trailhead, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, and Lam Watah Nature Trail to Nevada Beach. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Sample some delicious local fare at places like The Naked Fish, available for dine-in and takeout, Empanash with curbside pickup, and Cafe Fiore with a dine-in menu. Hit up Tahoe Sport Fishing to charter a boat out to the best fishing waters on the lake!

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: Free Heavenly Vally Shuttle can be caught at the bus stop out by the highway

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
