The property is relatively new inside. Great location, walkable from New Brunswick train station and lots of dinning options. Uber eats accessible too, almost 24 hours. The drop off and pick up area is very convenient and well-design. Staff has some Rutgers Alumni and very interesting to chat with.

Our stay did not happen. We wanted a room near the hospital where our daughter had surgery. She did not have to stay over night so we did not use the room. She was released so we left the hospital and took her home.

Upon arrival to the hotel, there is construction in the front of the building so I entered via parking garage. There was trash on the floors, overfilled trash barrels, and it appeared that no one had vacuumed in a long time. There was a loud wedding going on that I could here all the way down the corridor of my room. As I checked into my room, there were dirty dishes along the corridor that room service had not picked up. The same dishes were still there in the morning when I was leaving! The biggest disappointment was that my daughter and I couldn't use the pool because when we went there to swim, the water was being tested and appeared dirty and we left. The staff was nice and helpful, however, the facilities were disappointing. I chose the Hyatt for the reputation and ability to swim. Both were a disappointment and I will choose elsewhere to stay when I am in town next. In addition, paying $30 to park is a bit much when I can park for free at other motels.
