Up to four guests can enjoy this dog-friendly home's wood fireplace and comfortable living space. Spend cool summer nights grilling out on the deck, or retreat inside for some fireside comfort if it gets too chilly.

You'll be situated just a few miles from everything Shaver Lake has to offer, from boating to swimming to lakeside picnicking. Hungry after a day on the water? You'll find dining in town about a mile away, as well as grocery options if you'd rather make your meal in the condo's full kitchen. If winter sports are what you're after, make the easy day trip to China Peak's ski slopes, about 20 miles from your door. You'll also have access to a shared pool and hot tub.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for eating in, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Keep the crew entertained with the home's two cable TVs, DVD player, and free WiFi - a movie night may be just what you need after a day of hiking or swimming.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
