Bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioner is designed in a spot where it blows directly on the bed and your face all night long. Loud banging noise coming from (pipes?) in bathroom constantly. Breakfast opens late on weekends, so didn’t get to enjoy that. We traveled with a large group over 15 rooms and no one seemed to get any sleep here due to beds and a/c.

Very nice place to stay with lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the am was nice. Just an overall pleasant place to stay that is centrally located to where I needed to be for a few days.

Great hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Spacious and clean room with full kitchen, which is very convenient for a family with kids. I would say that the shower in our room is one of the best showers, I have experienced in comparison to any hotel brand counterpart of the Hyatt House. Everything is clean and working properly.

We had a great experience and would stay there again in a second. The free breakfast was very good and had many different options. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and had a full fridge, stovetop and microwave. The shopping area it is located in had Multiple restaurants, a ColdStone and Safeway was near as well.
