Recently refurbished unit. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath oceanfront unit is located on the 3rd floor of Building 1. The living room has a flat screen cable TV/DVD, wood laminate floor, free wireless internet, sleeper sofa and screened-in oceanfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and a full size washer/dryer in unit. The master bedroom has 1 King size bed with flat screen cable TV and attached bath with shower. The second guest room has 1 Queen size bed. The third guest room has 2 Twin size beds, with a flat screen cable tv.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
