The suites are spacious and comfortable for traveling with your family. We requested dishes and a toaster and were able to make bagels for breakfast in the room every morning - better when traveling with kids. Our room was serviced every day, but I give the cleaning a B-. I don’t think they ever wiped down our dining table during our 5 nights. All staff were friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a quiet but convenient location, and the staff were understanding and hospitable. It does seem that many amenities (restaurant, fitness center) used to exist, but no longer do. That probably has something to do with the reasonable rates by NYC standards.
Love the location and small kitchens.
I've stayed at this hotel many times. Despite this new Covid environment, the hotel is accommodating and friendly housekeeping staff. While I was using my time at the hotel to recuperate, the housekeeping staff checked on my needs everyday. This is my preferred NYC hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when I asked to check in early and they didn't have my room ready, so they upgraded me for no extra charge.
Beautiful and creative design and decor. Did not like the new resort fee- outrageous.
It say parking is included but they charge you 65 dollars. Then an additional 40 dollars a day for WiFi and the gym. I would have liked to know this before booking .
