I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. My flight was delayed on the way to New York, so I didn't arrive until 3am. Even though check-in ends at 2am, they made sure I still had a room when I arrived, then they gave me an extra late check-out (12:30pm). Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are small as they accurately described, but they are very efficiently arranged and clean and fresh. The employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. Dexter & Charles were very helpful at check in. James and Daisha were super accommodating. Our housekeeper Lourdes was extremely attentive to our needs. The merchants around the hotel were very friendly and helpful (pizza parlors and bodegas). We Uber'd everywhere and it was very convenient. We really appreciate the great service provided during our 5 day stay. Thank you! We'll be back.

This neighborhood is affordable but its basically skid row for so many.

Very clean hotel room.

Instead of a restaurant, as in the description, there was a bar with dance area. When we arrived late Friday, there was a very loud dance party/bar scene that was loud in our 4th floor room until 2:45 am. There was also a slightly less loud party Saturday night that also went very late.

The hotel was great just didn't have fridge in a room nor microwave

When we arrived at the property we were told that they were overbooked and that they would provide us with a room for 3 adults. Not the 4 adult guys we paid for. They also offered that we would get the larger room on our second night. Well someone had to sleep on the floor. No cot no compensation. We asked if we could at least get a free breakfast, which we thought was included, but noooo. Anyhow after a horrible night, we approached the desk and they told us that they were once again sold out and they would offer us the difference in the cost of the room. Well wth, someone is still sleeping on the floor. By that time it was way too late to book another hotel. So we trekked to Target and bought a blow up mattress. Of course the mattress was better than the floor, but not a bed. After much discussion with the incompetent staff, they told us that we would be compensated for our inconvenience. We were offered the difference of the cost between the two rooms, which is still not showing on my CC. I have requested that the hotel provide a reimbursement for the blow up, since we don't need it. We actually own a couple already. Also, the hotel is located above a noisy bar/night club, which we were not allowed to partake in. Why, because we were not dressed appropriately. Are you kidding. It's summer in NY and we were attending a concert. Needless to say, this is an overpriced hotel in the worst ghetto neighborhood, with no consideration for providing a decent experience.

Rooms were OK and very clean. Not so keen on lack of security to go up to the rooms though. Anyone who enters the elevator can go.

The staff is very kind and the downstairs area is cool. My main complaint is the cleanliness of the room, particularly the floor, which was not done during my entire stay. The bedding is also not super clean.

Great hotel and had live music and comedy at the lobby which was fun

GREAT STAFF!! NICE AMENITIES

Very nice modern rooms; small space by very manageable for 1-2 guests. Bed/pillows/sheets all great. Very Good night sleep. No breakfast area; no frills but a great value. Area outside the hotel mariginal-dirty, noisy, but no safety issues. Noise was not noticeable indoors, but ask for higher floor if possible just in case. Overall excellent for the $$ I would definitely return.

Staff very unfriendly moody don't help with issues. Rooms not ready at time of check in it was 2 hours later that i could check in.

The location of the property was nice but due to the virus most of the stores/restaurants were closed. The property was clean and quiet.
