We truly enjoyed our stay. We were quite busy going to concerts and shows so we didn’t use any amenities. Every staff member was helpful and when we reported a non-working light in our room a man arrived within 10 minutes and fixed it!

I planned a five-day stay to celebrate my honeymoon with my partner, and it was honestly amazing. If there’s any hotel I’d recommend staying at in the city, close to all our (Central park and time square) favorite places, it’s this one. They only charge a $100 per day refundable deposit to your credit card, which you get back after checking out. They were sweet enough to decorate our room so beautifully, and on top of that, they gave us the nicest view they had available due to the special occasion. We also had to extend our stay last minute due to the blizzard since our flight kept getting canceled, and they were incredibly accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff was amazing — I wish I had gotten their names because they were all so sweet. Room service was great as well; the ladies were super nice and respectful.
