The air conditioning unit was too loud. I woke up every time the units kicked in.
The hotel started this new practice when you have to explicitly ask every morning to make up your room. This is a bad practice. Even worse, they didn't do it when I asked. I asked to fix the TV and nobody bothered to do it. That was the last time I am staying in this hotel.
Small room, thin walls, the system was down. Friendly staff though.
Awesome staff, the rooms were spacious, clean. I was very comfortable

Very helpful front desk service. Appreciate the early check in very much.
Easy to use.
Do not recommend it, dirty small
Room was great, clean and ideal spot for Midtown. I loved how my room had a side nook table that made it feel like I was in a diner. It was easy to check in and then didn't have to do anything for check out. Just walk out. I'd stay here again.
Overall our stay at this hotel was fine. The location was convenient. The parking was difficult to find as it was located about 5 blocks away.
My first time staying here. I was pleasantly surprised. The room and hotel were clean. The staff was very friendly. I will stay here again
Super easy check in. Great centralized location and wonderful staff. The rooms are small, they are set up for a couple or a single. They are appointed well, super comfortable beds. I will definitely stay there again.
We’ve stayed here before in December and thought it was a perfect place to stay again. When we got to our room we realized the chair was broken and thought no big deal. Then we came across our air condition broken, we called maintence and it was too late so they came the next day. We came back to our room around 3:00 pm to find the maintenance guy standing there. He told us he was unable to fix it. Therefore, our TV also didn’t work & connect to chrome cast.
The property itself is quaint and nice. The front desk staff are super nice and professional. The room was alittle smaller than what I'm use to, but still convenient for 1 or 2 people (i had a standard room). Also, you are not far from Grand Central Station and lots of shopping areas. The only downfall i had was the room i stayed in sounded like it was next to a flagpole and as the wind would blow it made a light tapping sound or a pipe and every so often it sounded like it was being tapped on. It was weird. Thankfully I'm not a light sleeper so it didn't bother me. However, on my last night a houseman decided at 4 in the morning to have a loud tone conversation on his phone or radio (oddly that did wake me up). I was also getting a faint smell of someone smoking weed ( it smelled like it was coming thru a vent or from the hall, but then again Manhattan now smells like one weed ashtray. So who knows I could've still been half asleep). With that said, i did contact the front desk and the agent was very responsive with my concern and immediately sent a security guard to check things out. Overall, it is a nice hotel and i would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.
Beautiful Hotel. Great location. My stay was wonderful
Friendly, easy check in. Clean room.
Staff are all terrific and this location is the best! Great Deli across the street for a egg sandwich and a great cup of coffee and a short block to Grand Central Station!
