I Had A Wonderful Time at Your Establishment the room was Kinda Small and Didn’t have The Kitchenette as l made the l Reservation for However I Still Made the Best out of it Thank You So Much. I Do Think you should go look into the website photos and make sure that they are Describing the rooms the Actual Way that they are designed so that Customers won’t be Disappointed when checking in to the Actual Room. honestly, this hotel was such a pleasant surprise. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable, it made my work trip to new york feel way more relaxing. the front desk people were genuinely sweet and super helpful with everything from check-in to local tips. the location is also perfect, tons of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do all within walking distance. i never once felt stressed about getting around. if you’re coming to the city for work or fun, i’d totally say stay here. they really made my trip so much better.

I stayed here 10/02-10/05, and had the best experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my dog and me. Club Quarters is one of the few places where there is no pet fee, free laundry with complimentary detergent, and access to close by parking garages! Their rooms were very clean and the floor plan was so nice, even for a one person room. The only issue I had personally, was with my room key; I believe the battery for my door was dying, but each time I went to the front desk, they took care of it for me promptly, and reassured they would get the door looked at. Overall, a wonderful experience with staff, and will be staying here again!
