Great location. Nice size room and bathroom. Bathroom stunk horribly. Showering curtain smelled of urine and soured wet clothe. The AC did not get very cold. Not enough towels and washcloths.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near penn station and Times Square. It was very safe, and their staff is very kind and helpful. I come to NYC very frequently and have stayed in about 5 local hotels, but this was my favorite. I will use this as my hotel going forward. 10/10 lovely stay.

My son and I had an enjoyable stay at Henn Na NYC. The hotel itself was clean and modern and we had a good dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The location is the real star, just a couple blocks away from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, across the street from a funky espresso cafe, and easy walking distance to a Popup Bagel place. We would happily stay here again.
